These Terms are an agreement between you and BIT ARCADE (THAILAND) CO., LTD. ("we", "us"), the operator of Story AI. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

Story AI is an AI assistant that prepares social-media posts for you daily. You review and approve every post before it goes out, and when you connect a page, the service publishes to your Facebook/Instagram as you approve.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 20+ or authorized to act for the business/page, provide accurate information, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Plans & Payment

The service is a monthly subscription — an active paid plan is required to use AI features. Start with a one-time Try plan (฿99 for 5 days, once per account), then choose a monthly plan: Starter ฿330/mo, Creator ฿990/mo, Business ฿1,550/mo. Payments are processed via Omise (PromptPay/cards) and renew manually — you scan a PromptPay QR each cycle; there is no automatic card charging. Usage is shown as a daily percentage under a fair-use policy that resets each midnight (Thailand time). When a plan expires, AI generation is suspended in both the app and via LINE until you renew. Fees paid are generally non-refundable for cash except where required by law. We may grant or adjust access for customer-support or special cases. Prices and plans may change.

4. Facebook / Instagram Connection

When you connect a page, you authorize us to publish only the content you approve to pages you manage. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and the Facebook/Instagram Community Standards. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes our access to your pages.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, deceptive, spam, or hateful content.
• No false or unlawful claims, especially health, beauty, or financial claims.
• You must own or be licensed to use any brand assets (logos/images) you upload.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate; always review it before publishing. You own the content you approve and publish, and you are responsible for its legal compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Story AI platform, software, and brand are ours. Your content and brand remain yours. You grant us a license to process, store, and publish your content as needed to provide the service.

8. Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers (OpenAI, Meta, LINE, Omise, Supabase, Cloudflare, Railway), each with their own terms. We are not liable for the acts or services of third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant business results, AI accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content or use that violates the law or the rights of others.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Data deletion follows our Data Deletion process.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you through the service. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
