ข้อกำหนดการใช้งานฉบับนี้ ("ข้อกำหนด") เป็นสัญญาที่มีผลผูกพันทางกฎหมายระหว่างท่าน กับ BIT ARCADE (THAILAND) CO., LTD. ผู้ให้บริการ Story AI ("บริการ" และ "เรา" ตามลำดับ) การสมัครใช้งานหรือการใช้บริการถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ทั้งหมด หากท่านไม่ยอมรับ โปรดยุติการใช้บริการ

1. ลักษณะของบริการ

Story AI เป็นแพลตฟอร์มผู้ช่วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์สำหรับจัดเตรียมเนื้อหาโซเชียลมีเดีย

ท่านเป็นผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้ายในเนื้อหาทุกชิ้นที่เผยแพร่ (final editorial control)

2. คุณสมบัติผู้ใช้และความรับผิดชอบต่อบัญชี

ท่านต้องมีอายุครบ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ หรือเป็นผู้มีอำนาจดำเนินการแทนธุรกิจหรือเพจที่เกี่ยวข้อง ท่านรับรองว่าข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน และมีหน้าที่รักษาความลับของข้อมูลประจำตัวสำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบ การกระทำใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นผ่านบัญชีของท่านถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของท่าน หากพบการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ท่านต้องแจ้งเราโดยไม่ชักช้า

3. แพ็กเกจและการชำระเงิน

3.1 บริการดำเนินการในรูปแบบสมัครสมาชิกรายเดือน โดยต้องมีแพ็กเกจที่ใช้งานอยู่จึงจะใช้ฟีเจอร์ AI ได้ เริ่มด้วยแพ็กเกจทดลอง ฿99 ใช้ได้ 5 วัน (ซื้อได้ครั้งเดียวต่อบัญชี) จากนั้นเลือกแพ็กเกจรายเดือน Starter ฿330/เดือน (ในช่วงเปิดตัว Beta เปิดให้บริการเฉพาะแพ็กเกจทดลอง ฿99 และ Starter ฿330)

3.2 เป็นการต่ออายุด้วยตนเอง โดยสแกน QR PromptPay ในแต่ละรอบบิล — ไม่มีการตัดบัตรอัตโนมัติ เมื่อแพ็กเกจหมดอายุ การสร้างด้วย AI จะถูกระงับทั้งในแอปและผ่าน LINE จนกว่าจะต่ออายุ

3.3 ปริมาณการใช้งานแสดงเป็นเปอร์เซ็นต์ต่อวันภายใต้นโยบายการใช้งานที่เป็นธรรม ซึ่งจะรีเซ็ตทุกเที่ยงคืน (เวลาประเทศไทย)

3.4 ค่าบริการที่ชำระแล้วไม่สามารถขอคืนเป็นเงินสด โอนให้บุคคลอื่น หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นมูลค่าอื่นได้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคหรือกฎหมายอื่นที่ใช้บังคับกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น

3.5 การชำระเงินดำเนินการผ่าน Beam Checkout รองรับ PromptPay QR ทีมงานอาจมอบหรือปรับสิทธิ์การใช้งานให้ในกรณีบริการลูกค้าหรือกรณีพิเศษ เราสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยนราคาและแพ็กเกจ

4. การเชื่อมต่อ Facebook / Instagram

การเชื่อมต่อเพจถือเป็นการมอบอำนาจให้เราเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่ท่านอนุมัติไปยังเพจที่ท่านมีสิทธิ์จัดการเท่านั้น ท่านมีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายแพลตฟอร์มของ Meta และมาตรฐานชุมชนของ Facebook และ Instagram ตลอดระยะเวลาการใช้บริการ ท่านสามารถยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อได้ทุกเมื่อ ซึ่งจะมีผลเป็นการเพิกถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงของเราทันที

ท่านรับทราบว่าการเผยแพร่เนื้อหาขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมใช้งานของ API ของ Meta ซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของเรา

5. ข้อกำหนดการใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

ท่านตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อ:

• สร้างหรือเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า หรือสิทธิ์ของบุคคลอื่น
• เผยแพร่ข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ หลอกลวง สแปม หรือเนื้อหาที่สร้างความเกลียดชัง
• กล่าวอ้างสรรพคุณอันเป็นเท็จหรือฝ่าฝืนกฎหมาย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งด้านสุขภาพ ยา เครื่องสำอาง อาหารเสริม และผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายเฉพาะ
• แทรกแซง ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ หรือเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงใช้บริการในลักษณะที่ก่อภาระเกินสมควรต่อโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน

ท่านรับรองว่าเป็นเจ้าของหรือได้รับอนุญาตโดยชอบในไฟล์แบรนด์ทุกรายการที่อัปโหลด เราสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับเนื้อหาหรือบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อนี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าในกรณีร้ายแรง

6. เนื้อหาที่สร้างโดยปัญญาประดิษฐ์

เนื้อหาที่สร้างโดยระบบ AI อาจมีความคลาดเคลื่อน ไม่ครบถ้วน หรือไม่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของท่าน ท่านมีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ความชอบด้วยกฎหมาย และความเหมาะสมของเนื้อหาทุกชิ้นก่อนอนุมัติให้เผยแพร่ โดยเฉพาะเนื้อหาในหมวดที่อยู่ภายใต้การกำกับดูแล เช่น สุขภาพ เครื่องสำอาง อาหารเสริม การเงิน หรือการกล่าวอ้างเชิงโฆษณา เมื่อท่านอนุมัติและเผยแพร่เนื้อหาใด เนื้อหานั้นถือเป็นของท่าน และท่านเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียวต่อความชอบด้วยกฎหมายของเนื้อหาดังกล่าว

7. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

7.1 แพลตฟอร์ม ซอฟต์แวร์ ระบบ เครื่องหมายการค้า และแบรนด์ Story AI ตลอดจนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของเราหรือผู้อนุญาตของเรา ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ถือเป็นการโอนสิทธิ์ใด ๆ ให้แก่ท่าน

7.2 เนื้อหา ข้อมูล และแบรนด์ของท่านยังคงเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของท่าน ท่านให้สิทธิ์เราแบบไม่จำกัดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว (non-exclusive) ในการประมวลผล จัดเก็บ ทำซ้ำ และเผยแพร่เนื้อหาของท่านเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการเท่านั้น สิทธิ์ดังกล่าวสิ้นสุดเมื่อท่านลบเนื้อหาหรือปิดบัญชี เว้นแต่กรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บรักษา

8. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม

บริการอาศัยผู้ให้บริการภายนอก ได้แก่ ผู้ให้บริการ AI, Meta, LINE, ผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน และผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ซึ่งแต่ละรายมีข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของตนเอง เราไม่รับผิดต่อการกระทำ การหยุดชะงัก หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการของบุคคลที่สามที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมตามสมควรของเรา

9. การปฏิเสธคำรับประกัน

บริการให้ "ตามสภาพ" (as is) และ "เท่าที่มีให้" (as available) โดยไม่มีคำรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยปริยาย เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับประกันผลลัพธ์ทางธุรกิจ ยอดการมีส่วนร่วม ความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ของเนื้อหาที่ AI สร้าง หรือการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยปราศจากข้อบกพร่องหรือการหยุดชะงัก

10. การจำกัดความรับผิด

เท่าที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาตสูงสุด เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ ความเสียหายต่อเนื่อง การสูญเสียกำไร การสูญเสียข้อมูล หรือการสูญเสียโอกาสทางธุรกิจ ไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากมูลสัญญา ละเมิด หรือมูลอื่นใด และไม่ว่าเราจะได้รับแจ้งถึงความเป็นไปได้ของความเสียหายนั้นหรือไม่

ความรับผิดรวมสูงสุดของเราต่อท่านภายใต้ข้อกำหนดนี้ จำกัดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่ท่านชำระให้แก่เราในช่วง 3 เดือนก่อนเหตุการณ์ที่ก่อให้เกิดสิทธิเรียกร้อง ทั้งนี้ ข้อจำกัดนี้ไม่ใช้บังคับกับความรับผิดที่ไม่อาจจำกัดหรือยกเว้นได้ตามกฎหมาย

11. การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย

ท่านตกลงปกป้องและชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย ค่าใช้จ่าย และค่าทนายความตามสมควรแก่เรา อันเกิดจากข้อเรียกร้องของบุคคลที่สามที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับ (ก) เนื้อหาที่ท่านอนุมัติหรือเผยแพร่ (ข) การใช้บริการโดยฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดหรือกฎหมาย หรือ (ค) การละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลอื่นโดยท่าน

12. การระงับและการยกเลิกบัญชี

12.1 เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบพร้อมเหตุผลตามสมควร เว้นแต่กรณีฝ่าฝืนร้ายแรงหรือกรณีที่กฎหมายห้ามมิให้แจ้ง

12.2 ท่านสามารถยุติการใช้บริการและขอปิดบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ ขั้นตอนการลบข้อมูลเป็นไปตามแท็บ การลบข้อมูล

12.3 ข้อกำหนดที่โดยสภาพควรมีผลต่อเนื่อง ได้แก่ ข้อ 7 (ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา) ข้อ 9–11 (การปฏิเสธคำรับประกัน การจำกัดความรับผิด การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย) และข้อ 15 (กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ) ยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับภายหลังการยกเลิก

13. เหตุสุดวิสัย

เราไม่ถือว่าผิดข้อกำหนดหากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ล่าช้าหรือเป็นไปไม่ได้อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมตามสมควร เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ การหยุดชะงักของระบบโครงข่าย การกระทำของหน่วยงานรัฐ หรือความขัดข้องของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

14. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

14.1 การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด — เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดเป็นครั้งคราวและจะแจ้งผ่านบริการหรืออีเมล การใช้บริการต่อภายหลังวันที่มีผลถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับปรับปรุง

14.2 การโอนสิทธิ์ — ท่านไม่อาจโอนสิทธิ์หรือหน้าที่ตามข้อกำหนดนี้โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากเรา เราอาจโอนสิทธิ์ได้ในกรณีการปรับโครงสร้างกิจการ การควบรวม หรือการโอนกิจการ

14.3 การแยกส่วนของข้อกำหนด — หากข้อกำหนดส่วนใดตกเป็นโมฆะหรือใช้บังคับไม่ได้ ข้อกำหนดส่วนที่เหลือยังคงมีผลสมบูรณ์

14.4 การไม่สละสิทธิ์ — การที่เราไม่ใช้สิทธิ์ใดในคราวหนึ่ง ไม่ถือเป็นการสละสิทธิ์นั้นในคราวต่อไป

14.5 ความสมบูรณ์ของสัญญา — ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ ร่วมกับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ถือเป็นข้อตกลงทั้งหมดระหว่างท่านกับเราเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการ

15. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและการระงับข้อพิพาท

ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับและตีความตามกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย โดยคู่สัญญาจะพยายามเจรจาระงับข้อพิพาทโดยสุจริตก่อนดำเนินกระบวนการทางศาล

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BIT ARCADE (THAILAND) CO., LTD., the operator of Story AI (the "Service" and "we", "us", "our", respectively). By registering for or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Story AI is an AI-powered platform that prepares social-media content.

You retain final editorial control over every item published.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 20 years of age, or duly authorized to act on behalf of the relevant business or page. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and current, and you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us without undue delay of any unauthorized access.

3. Plans and Payment

3.1 The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis: an active paid plan is required to use AI features. Start with a one-time Try plan (฿99 for 5 days, once per account), then choose a monthly plan: Starter ฿330/mo. (During the Beta launch, only the Try ฿99 and Starter ฿330 plans are available.)

3.2 Plans renew manually — you scan a PromptPay QR each billing cycle; there is no automatic card charging. When a plan expires, AI generation is suspended in both the app and via LINE until you renew.

3.3 Usage is shown as a daily percentage under a fair-use policy that resets each midnight (Thailand time).

3.4 Fees paid are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other value, except where consumer protection law or other applicable law provides otherwise.

3.5 Payments are processed by Beam Checkout, supporting PromptPay QR. We may grant or adjust access for customer-support or special cases, and we reserve the right to modify pricing and plans.

4. Facebook / Instagram Connection

Connecting a page constitutes your authorization for us to publish content you approve, solely to pages you are entitled to manage. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and the Facebook and Instagram Community Standards at all times. You may disconnect at any time, which immediately revokes our access.

You acknowledge that publishing depends on the availability of Meta's APIs, which is beyond our control.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create or publish content that is unlawful, or that infringes copyright, trademarks, or the rights of others;
• distribute false, deceptive, spam, or hateful content;
• make false or unlawful claims, in particular regarding health, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, supplements, or financial products, which are subject to specific regulation;
• interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use it in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

You represent that you own, or are duly licensed to use, all brand assets you upload. We reserve the right to suspend infringing content or accounts, without prior notice in serious cases.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for checking the accuracy, legality, and suitability of all content before approving it for publication — particularly for regulated categories such as health, cosmetics, supplements, finance, or advertising claims. Content you approve and publish is yours, and you are solely responsible for its legal compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The Story AI platform, software, systems, trademarks, and brand, together with all associated intellectual property, are and remain the property of us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.

7.2 Your content, data, and brand remain your property. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, reproduce, and publish your content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account, except where retention is required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers — AI service providers, Meta, LINE, payment providers, and infrastructure providers — each governed by its own terms and policies. We are not liable for the acts, interruptions, or changes of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant business outcomes, engagement results, the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from third-party claims relating to (a) content you approve or publish; (b) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your infringement of the rights of others.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts in breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice and a statement of reasons, except in cases of serious breach or where notice is prohibited by law.

12.2 You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Data deletion follows the procedure on the Data Deletion tab.

12.3 Provisions that by their nature should survive — including Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9–11 (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law) — survive termination.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be in breach of these Terms where performance is delayed or prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network disruptions, acts of government, or failures of third-party providers.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Amendments — We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.2 Assignment — You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, or transfer of business.

14.3 Severability — If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

14.4 No Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right on any other occasion.

14.5 Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, with the parties first endeavoring to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

1. ยื่นคำขอลบข้อมูล

ส่งอีเมลจากอีเมลเดียวกับที่ใช้สมัครบัญชี (เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน) มาที่ support@storyai.cloud โดยระบุหัวข้อ "Delete my data"

หากเราไม่สามารถยืนยันตัวตนได้จากอีเมลต้นทาง เราอาจขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อยืนยันว่าท่านเป็นเจ้าของบัญชี ทั้งนี้เพื่อป้องกันการลบข้อมูลโดยบุคคลที่ไม่มีสิทธิ์

2. เพิกถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง Facebook / Instagram

หากท่านเคยเชื่อมต่อเพจ ท่านสามารถเพิกถอนสิทธิ์ของ Story AI ได้ด้วยตนเองทันที โดยไม่ต้องรอการดำเนินการจากเรา:

1. เข้า Facebook → การตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว → การตั้งค่า
2. เลือก "แอปและเว็บไซต์" (Apps and Websites) หรือ "การผสานการทำงานทางธุรกิจ" (Business Integrations)
3. ค้นหา "Story AI" แล้วเลือก นำออก (Remove)

การนำแอปออกมีผลเป็นการเพิกถอนโทเค็นการเข้าถึงเพจของเราทันที จากนั้นหากท่านต้องการลบข้อมูลส่วนที่เหลือในบัญชีด้วย ให้ดำเนินการตามข้อ 1

3. ขอบเขตข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ

เมื่อคำขอได้รับการยืนยัน เราจะลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ ซึ่งข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้:

• บัญชีผู้ใช้และข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ (อีเมล รหัสผ่าน)
• เวิร์กสเปซและเพจที่เชื่อมต่อ
• ข้อมูลแบรนด์และสไตล์ที่ระบบจดจำ (brand/style memory)
• โลโก้ ภาพสินค้า และไฟล์แบรนด์ที่อัปโหลดทั้งหมด
• แคปชัน โพสต์ พรอมต์ และรูปภาพที่ระบบสร้าง
• โทเค็นการเข้าถึงเพจ Facebook / Instagram (เพิกถอนทันที)
• ข้อมูลการเชื่อมต่อ LINE
• บันทึกการใช้งาน (usage logs) เท่าที่มี

4. ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ

ขั้นตอน	กรอบเวลา
ยืนยันรับคำขอ	ภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับอีเมล
ลบข้อมูลแล้วเสร็จ	ภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ยืนยันตัวตน

เมื่อดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จ เราจะแจ้งยืนยันการลบข้อมูลให้ท่านทราบทางอีเมล ข้อมูลที่อยู่ในระบบสำรอง (backup) จะถูกลบตามรอบการหมุนเวียนของระบบโดยอัตโนมัติ

5. ติดต่อ

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from Story AI and how to revoke Facebook / Instagram access, in accordance with your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). The data controller is BIT ARCADE (THAILAND) CO., LTD., the operator of Story AI.

1. Submit a Deletion Request

Email us from the same email address used to register your account (this verifies your identity) at support@storyai.cloud, with the subject line "Delete my data".

If identity cannot be verified from the originating email, we may request limited additional information to confirm account ownership. This safeguard prevents unauthorized deletion of your data.

2. Revoke Facebook / Instagram Access

If you have connected a page, you may revoke Story AI's access yourself, with immediate effect and without waiting for us:

1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Open "Apps and Websites" or "Business Integrations"
3. Locate "Story AI" and select Remove

Removing the app immediately revokes our page access tokens. If you also wish to delete the remaining data in your account, proceed with Section 1.

3. Scope of Deletion

Upon verification of your request, we will delete or anonymize:

• your account and profile data (email, password);
• workspaces and connected pages;
• brand and style memory;
• uploaded logos, product images, and all brand assets;
• generated captions, posts, prompts, and images;
• Facebook / Instagram access tokens (revoked immediately);
• LINE connection data;
• usage logs, where applicable.

4. Timeframe

Completion of deletion	within 30 days of identity verification

We will confirm completion by email. Residual copies in system backups are purged automatically in accordance with our backup rotation cycle.
